At Heat Holders, we want you to stay cozy and satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely place your unworn Heat Holders products in their original packaging, ensuring all thermal rating tags and labels are intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new thermal gear within 5-7 business days.
